I have a photo of what was received and the truth is nothing similar to the photo of what I bought online ... to start the vase, it was totally different in form ... The good thing was, an arrangement of flowers was received in the same day of purchase ...

With regard to our substitution of a container, unfortunately, the websites used by most florists offer product selections with containers that are not readily accessible from vendors. We make every effort to provide a reasonable substitution. In addition, if we substitute it always comes with an upgrade in the number of stems and/or type of flower. We find that policy reasonable and amenable to our customers as it is extremely difficult for any retail flower shop to have every flower type, every color of that specific flower and every container in stock 100% of the time.

My husband bought me a dozen roses for Valentines Day and they are gorgeous!! They came in a beautiful clear glass vase that I will use for years to come.

The roses we featured this year were a variety called "hearts" which have more of a ruffled edge and to us seemed a bit more romantic than the standard charlotte or freedom varieties of yesteryear.

The flowers themselves were okay, but the fact that they were 8 hrs late and I had to actually go back to work after heading home to pick them up myself was unacceptable. I am a school teacher and am at work from 8am and they arrive near 5pm after I had headed home and the school was locked up. Valentine’s Day is a time when as a teacher you want you fellow teachers and students to see you getting flowers, but instead I picked them up myself in the parking lot after work. I honestly would have preferred to pick up flowers myself from Publix if they cannot make an 8 hr delivery window.

Less than positive reviews are taken very seriously. We are, however, uncertain where the communication breakdown arose. We have sent to your Email a copy of the original order. I am uncertain where these unfounded accusation arose. We do not, nor will we ever, offer timed delivery for any major floral holiday. To do so would simply be a logistics nightmare. During peak times, like Valentine's Day, our deliveries increase by greater than 400%; for a single day. For this we hold delivery hours from 7AM-7PM as it takes 12 hours to complete the nearly 200 deliveries.

In addition, when your husband called inquiring about the delivery Joey, the Manager on Duty, immediately summoned a driver to take your flowers to the school. It is my understanding you left just minutes before his arrival, according to the staffer he encountered INSIDE THE BUILDING. This is when you were contacted and by choice returned to retrieve the flowers. The driver was willing to take them to your residence.

Finally, we had no way of knowing the address was to a school based on the information given. The name on the order reads "Bridgett Miller Surfside". Our website has the option to list if the delivery is to be made to a business and affords the chance to even list the entity name. To hold us accountable for this oversight on the part of the sender seems a bit of a stretch.

I have lived here for years so though I do not order flowers often, I do use Musgrove when I do. The flowers arrived at their destination much sooner than I expected and as I requested. Once again "THANK YOU". You brightened my Daughters spirits ,whose car was hit on her way to work that morning by a Drunk Driver who had no headlights. She was blessed in that she was not severely injured, though her car was totaled .

The arrangement was for Jocelyn Brendon. She did not get it. We have a language barrier because she is from Germany. She gave me the wrong address. Who ever is at that address got the flowers. But who was it? I called you that day to confirm delivery. You told me yes it has been delivered. Who ever it was at that address not ask you who it was from? That is what puzzled me.

I received a fruit arrangement for Mother's Day. It was awesome! The pears were the best I have ever had. They were so juicy I had to lean over a plate to eat. The banana's were perfect, tangerines were sweet, and grapes were excellent. I still have a variety of apples and a pineapple yet to try. If you have been afraid to send a fruit bowl, fear no more. I highly recommend this arrangement from Musgrove Florist, complete with a beautiful rose.

Ordered valentine flowers for my wife...so disappointed...$35 arrangement cost me $130 and sucked! Plus, deliver not until 7:30 pm. Bad service and sub-par flowers...will never order from your florist again!

We get it; you simply wanted to show your love & it didn't happen. I take responsibility for a delivery vehicle issue causing delays. We understand your disappointment after getting suckered by the fees from an order gatherer. Imagine how we feel. We have to pay heavy monthly fees ($400) to belong to the the Teleflora network and even give back a 27% commission for every order because people that want to send flowers refuse to pick up the phone and call us. Hands down, the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received arrived from Musgrove Florist. Attention to detail and artistry, so beautiful I called and personally thanked them for the detail that clearly made it special. Excellent customer service, I am told they have a new owner. I know this is the busiest day of the year , that being said, quite a few of the flowers were already wilting. All the flowers were already past prime.

Dennis, This is not what we wish to hear! This year we purchased product from a number of sources; some wholesalers, some farm direct. I would love for you to contact me so that I can (a) provide a replacement and (b) identify where the poor quality product came from. All flowers should have a minimum shelf life (outside of refrigeration) at 5-7 days. Unfortunately we do not become aware of problems until the "cold chain" is broken and they are left unrefrigerated. Again, I would love to hear from you. 850-234-7673. -Mindy

This was for a Christmas gift. I did not see it but it made my step dad very happy! This will probably be an every year tradition:) The basket was perfect and it was delivered when expected.

What a wonderful job you did with my daughters surprise gift basket!!! My daughter turned 21 while on spring break, I wasnt familiar with a florist in the Panama beach, boy did I get lucky choosing Musgrove florist!!!! EXCELLENT JOB, thank you SO MUCH!!!!!

The flowers were sent to us from our daughter and family. We are not aware of what was ordered or requested from her and at what cost. The flowers are very beautiful as a Christmas bouquet with 3 hanging tree ornaments included. Very nice arrangement

I just love flowers, eecspially roses, I find it very romantic despite its thorns. I won the heart of my then mother in law to be when I brought her a dozen roses one Mother's Day many years ago. But my secret wish up to this time is to receive flowers from my husband. I got flowers from my son & daughter in law in Vegas two years ago for my birthday. I'm not sure if Frederick MD Florist has a contact office or person here but I think my son & wife ordered the flowers thru the internet. My son & his wife had a good laugh when I told them about my secret wish, & that all I ever got from their dad was a talunang manok, fighting cocks being his one great love, aside from me, of course,( I would like to think.) Well, love comes in many faces.
